SyncVelo sells software subscriptions, such as SyncVelo Fleet, Vision AI, Drive AI and IoT OS, which you use online through the SyncVelo console. We do not sell physical goods. This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, refunds and plan changes work for subscriptions bought online. If you have signed a separate agreement with SyncVelo, its cancellation and refund terms apply instead.
1. Free trial
Self-serve plans start with a free trial. Its length and the number of devices it covers are shown on the Pricing page and at sign-up. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
To check your card or set up autopay, our payment partner may authorise a small amount and refund it at once: ₹5 with Razorpay, ₹1 with Cashfree. Stripe checks your card without charging it.
Your first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder before your trial ends.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page of the SyncVelo console at app.syncvelo.com. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged.
If you cancel a paid subscription, it does not renew: the service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
If you pay by autopay, cancelling the mandate in your bank or UPI app has the same effect: you keep the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
3. Refunds
Payments for the current billing period are not refunded, in full or in part, when you cancel, remove devices or stop using the service, except in the cases below.
Within 7 days of a new subscription: if you ask within 7 days of the first payment of a new subscription, we refund that payment in full and end the subscription.
Charges in error: we refund in full a duplicate charge for the same period, a charge taken after you cancelled, and any other charge made in error, for example for the wrong amount or the wrong number of devices.
No cash refunds: refunds are made only to the original payment method. We do not refund in cash, or to a different card, account or person.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (the same card, bank account or UPI account) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the refund on your statement.
We tell you by email when your refund is approved.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@syncvelo.com, if you can from the email address of your SyncVelo account, with: the name of your organization or workspace; the invoice number, or the date and amount of the charge; the payment method (for example the card's last four digits, or UPI); and the reason for your request. For a duplicate or incorrect charge, a copy of the line on your bank or card statement helps.
We reply within one business day.
6. Plan changes
Downgrades: if you move to a lower plan or fewer devices, the new price applies from your next billing period. Nothing is refunded or credited for the rest of the current period.
Upgrades: adding devices or moving to a higher plan takes effect at once. Depending on your payment partner, the difference for the rest of the current period is charged at once, or the new price applies from your next payment.
During the free trial, you can change your plan and number of devices at no charge.
7. Questions and changes
Questions about this policy or a charge? Contact support@syncvelo.com. See also our Terms of service and our Shipping and delivery policy.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the latest version on this page. A change does not affect payments made before it.
SyncVelo is operated by Zennit Technologies Pvt Ltd for customers in India, and by iQmindset Corporation for customers everywhere else.
