SyncVelo AI
Intelligence that shows its work
SyncVelo turns what your trackers send into decisions you can check: driving scores per driver and vehicle, fuel fills and drains, services that fall due on time, and a Copilot that answers from your own data with its sources. Every capability below carries its status.
- Grounded in your own data
- Scores you can trace
- Copilot only reads
- Private by design

How SyncVelo AI works
From raw signals to the right decision
- 01
Sense
Positions, ignition, sensors and the tracker's own alarms arrive through the Atlas engine, from 268 protocols.
- 02
Understand
Each position is matched to its road and its posted limit; trips, stops and idling are worked out.
- 03
Detect
Harsh driving, speeding, fuel fills and drains and services falling due are found by rules you can read.
- 04
Explain
Every score and alert shows the events and the data behind it.
- 05
Alert
Alerts go by email, SMS, WhatsApp and push, escalating until acknowledged. Device commands need a second person.
- 06
Tune
Your organization sets the forces, tolerances, points and rules; nothing mixes with another organization's data.
One platform, every user
Intelligence for everyone who moves
From a family car to a large fleet, from a GPS dealer to a developer: the same platform, tuned to what each person needs.

Responsible AI
Powerful, and always on your side
Grounded
Answers and scores come from telemetry and calculations, never invented readings.
Explainable
Every score shows why: the events behind it, with vehicle, driver and detail.
Fair
Forces per vehicle class, the road's own limit, and no score from too little driving.
Private by design
Groups enforced in the database, keys sealed on the server, every change audited.
Human in control
Copilot only reads; device commands need a second person, and immobilisation a stopped vehicle.
Lawful limits
No emotion recognition and nothing that predicts what a person will do, in any product.
Questions, answered
Is SyncVelo just a GPS tracking platform?
No. Tracking is the foundation. On the same account SyncVelo scores driving behaviour, finds fuel fills and drains, plans maintenance, passes on the tracker's own alarms and answers questions with Copilot. Dash cams, incident files, routes and cold chain are planned, each with its status on this page.
What do Available, Next and Roadmap mean?
Available is built and in service today. Next is being built now or straight after. Roadmap is designed and scheduled, but not built. A label changes only when its delivery is done.
Do I need new hardware?
Not for what is built. Driving scores, fuel, maintenance and Copilot work with the trackers you have, through the Atlas engine's 268 protocols. Fuel needs a fuel level sensor or a counter, and measuring harsh forces from positions needs a tracker that reports every second or two. Planned dash cams will need a supported camera.
How do you keep driver and family data private?
Access by group is enforced in the database, provider keys are sealed on our servers, every change is audited, and Copilot reads only your organization's data. SyncVelo offers no emotion recognition and nothing that predicts what a person will do.
