SyncVelo Fleet · Fleet OS

Available

GPS tracking that knows every vehicle, every driver and every road

Connect almost any tracker, watch the whole fleet live and judge each vehicle against the posted limit of the road it is on. Fuel, sensors, maintenance, driving behaviour scores, reports, KPI dashboards and alerts on every channel are built in and working today.

  • 268 tracker protocols
  • Each road's posted limit
  • Fuel, sensors and maintenance
  • A Copilot that shows its sources

Every feature on this page carries its status: Available is built and in service today.

True today

  • 268

tracker protocols decoded by the Atlas engine

  • 19

sensor kinds, with calibration tables and expressions

  • 4

alert channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp and browser push

  • 4

map providers, with India's official boundaries

  • 3

ways a service falls due: distance, engine hours or days

  • 2

people for a device command: one asks, another approves

Devices and protocols

Available

Almost any tracker, one clean stream of data

The Atlas engine decodes 268 tracker protocols and turns every packet into the same checked position, whoever made the device. Phones join as trackers with a QR code, and device commands always need a second person.

  • 268 protocols, from low-cost trackers to CAN-reading units
  • Phones as trackers: scan a QR code with a free tracking app
  • SIM cards with their own history, fitted, spare or retired
  • Commands with two-person approval; immobilisation is refused unless a fresh fix shows the vehicle has stopped

Live map, trips and replay

Available

The whole fleet live, and every trip worth replaying

Pins by vehicle type, coloured by state, with their heading, stay fast with clustering on a large fleet. Every trip is split into drives and stops with addresses, and any trip can be played back with its route coloured by speed.

  • Live map with clustering, filters by group and a card for each vehicle
  • Trips, stops and history, played back with the clock and speed at the playhead
  • Addresses on trips, stops and alerts, and place search
  • Maps from four providers, with India's official boundaries where they apply

Geofences and road rules

Available

Rules that know the road and the law of the land

Draw geofences, set overspeed, idling and alarm rules, and switch on your country's rule pack. Each rule cites where its figure comes from, and every vehicle is judged against the posted limit of the road it is on.

  • Geofences with entry and exit alerts, and visit reports
  • Country rule packs with their sources: legal top speeds by vehicle class, speed governors, zone hours
  • Each road's posted limit and roads closed to the vehicle's class, from open map data on our own servers
  • Driving time and breaks, as each country's pack sets them

Notifications

Available

Alerts that reach the right person, once

Email, SMS, WhatsApp and browser push, each person choosing how. Messages are routed by the country of the number, bursts are grouped, quiet hours are respected, and critical alerts escalate until someone acknowledges.

  • Four channels, with providers chosen per country
  • Grouping, cooldown and quiet hours, so nobody is flooded
  • Escalation steps and acknowledgement straight from the message
  • An incident timeline of who was told, by which channel, and what came back

Drivers, trailers and vehicles

Available

Who drove what, with a history nobody rewrites

Drivers are assigned the moment their iButton or RFID key is read, or by hand. Trailers, vehicle profiles and your own fields complete the picture, and groups decide exactly which vehicles each person sees.

  • Drivers and trailers, assigned by key or by hand, with full history
  • Vehicle profiles: plate, VIN, make and model, tank, battery, payload
  • Your own fields on vehicles and drivers, some for administrators only
  • Groups that limit access everywhere: map, trips, alerts, reports, Copilot and API

Sensors and fuel

Available

Every litre accounted for: fills, drains and consumption

Turn raw inputs into readings people understand, with calibration tables and expressions. The fuel engine smooths the level, finds fills, flags drains only while the vehicle stands still, and works out consumption.

  • 19 sensor kinds: fuel, temperature, voltage, weight, engine hours, doors and more
  • Linear or table calibration (up to 100 points) and valid ranges
  • Fills and drains with alerts; a slow burn while idling never reads as a drain
  • Consumption from the level or a fuel-used counter, per day and per vehicle

Maintenance and documents

Available

Service on time, costs per kilometre, no expired papers

Service plans fall due by distance, engine hours or days, whichever comes first, each cycle exactly once. Work orders carry parts, labour and costs, and documents remind you before they expire.

  • Service plans by km, engine hours or days, read from the odometer, sensors or trips
  • Work orders with parts, labour and other costs, in your currency
  • Cost per km over 30, 90 or 365 days
  • Insurance, registration, permit, fitness and emissions reminders through your alert channels

Copilot

Available

Ask the fleet a question, and see where the answer came from

Copilot answers from your organization's own records, with the data behind every answer one click away. It reads, it never changes anything, and every answer is priced so AI spend stays visible.

  • Answers about trips, idling, alerts, geofences, device health and reports
  • The data behind each answer, with links into the console
  • Answers in the language of the question
  • Read-only: it cannot change settings, send commands or contact anyone

Also built in

Reports and dashboards, maps, developers and partners

  • Reports and KPI dashboards

    Available

Reports from templates or 17 tables, with your own columns, totals and a chart, on a schedule in your time zone, downloaded as CSV, XLSX or PDF with links to the trips and alerts behind them. KPI dashboards set each figure beside the period before.

  • Maps and places

    Available

Four map providers, India's official boundaries, addresses and place search. Map keys stay on our servers, never in the browser.

  • API, SDK, sandbox and webhooks

    Available

A versioned REST API with an SDK, a sandbox of simulated vehicles, and webhooks signed so you can trust what arrives.

  • White label and resellers

    Available

A reseller tree with roles, your brand on your own domain, and plans and billing with payment gateways by country.

How it works

From a tracker's packet to the right person's phone

One path for every position: decoded, checked, judged by your rules and delivered.

  1. 1Tracker or phoneAny of 268 protocols, or a phone with a free tracking app.
  2. 2Atlas engineDecodes the packet into one checked position with its parameters.
  3. 3RulesGeofences, country packs, the road's limit, fuel and service plans.
  4. 4NotificationsRouted by country, grouped, escalated until acknowledged.
  5. 5Console, reports and APIThe live map, reports, Copilot, webhooks and the API.

Safe by design

Built so that nothing leaks and nothing happens by accident

  • Groups enforced in the database

A person limited to groups sees nothing of any other vehicle: not on the map, in trips, alerts, reports, Copilot or the API.

  • Keys sealed on the server

Map, messaging and AI provider keys are sealed on our servers and never reach a browser.

  • Two people for a command

One person asks, another approves. Immobilisation is off unless owners switch it on, and needs the vehicle stopped.

  • History never rewritten

Positions and driver assignments stay with the organization that recorded them, even after a device moves on.

  • Every change audited

Who changed which rule, vehicle, plan or setting, and when.

  • A Copilot that only reads

It answers from your organization's data alone and cannot act on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

Which trackers work with SyncVelo Fleet?

Trackers that speak any of the 268 protocols the Atlas engine decodes, and phones: Devices → Add a phone shows a QR code for a free tracking app on Android or iPhone. Tell us your model and we will check it for you.

Is speed judged against the road or against one fixed limit?

Both. Each position is matched to its road and judged against that road's posted limit, including roads closed to the vehicle's class. Country rule packs add legal top speeds by vehicle class and driving time, each citing its source.

Is driver scoring included?

Yes. The Driving page scores each driver and vehicle out of 100 from harsh acceleration, braking and cornering, speeding against each road's posted limit and idling, with trends, rankings and a scheduled report. Coaching and a review queue are planned in Drive AI (S3).

Can we build our own reports and dashboards?

Yes. Start a report from a template or any of Fleet's 17 tables, choose the vehicles, groups, drivers or geofences it covers (up to 200 of each), its columns and their order, totals and a bar or line chart, and run it daily, weekly or monthly in your organization's time zone. Each run keeps a SHA-256 of its rows and downloads as CSV, JSON, XLSX or PDF; PDFs carry Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic and Devanagari script, not yet Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Reports stay in the console and are not emailed yet. KPI dashboards set figures beside the period before, with charts and short tables, refresh every five minutes while open and are worked out for each reader, so a manager limited to a group sees only its vehicles.

Do you offer route planning and dispatch?

Not yet. Scheduled routes, orders with delivery windows, optimisation, ETAs and a driver app with proof of delivery are on the roadmap (O1, D2). Today Fleet covers tracking, rules, alerts, fuel, sensors, maintenance, reports and KPI dashboards.

Is there a mobile app?

The console works in the browser on phones, and phones can report as trackers through free tracking apps. Native apps for fleet managers and drivers are on the roadmap (D3).

Can we sell SyncVelo Fleet under our own brand?

Yes. White label with your own domain, a reseller tree with roles, and plans and billing with payment gateways by country are all available today.

How is our data kept apart and safe?

Access by group is enforced in the database, provider keys are sealed on our servers, device commands need a second person, and every change is audited. Copilot reads only your organization's data and cannot change anything.

What about video, cold chain and EVs?

They are on the roadmap: dash cams on the vehicle page from Drive AI (S2), reefer chambers, doors and e-locks (C1), and EV charge state with other specialist fleets (T1–T5). None of them is available today.
