SyncVelo Intelligence

AI that answers from your data, and shows it

Rules and calculations find the events; Copilot answers questions about them in plain language. It never invents readings, shows the data behind each answer, and cannot change settings or send commands.

  • Grounded in your telemetry
  • Sources with every answer
  • Reads only, never acts

Capabilities

Intelligence where the work happens

No separate chatbot to learn: Copilot opens from the console's top bar, beside the rules and reports your fleet already uses.

  • Fleet copilot

Vehicles, trips, alerts, geofences, device health and reports become plain-language answers with their data.

Guardrail: Read-only tools, run as the person asking.

  • Device health

Silent devices, weak GPS, clocks off and rejected messages, worst first, with the reason.

Guardrail: Device facts come from the engine's own catalogue, never from the model.

  • Fuel fills and drains

Found on the smoothed tank level; drains only while the vehicle stands still.

Guardrail: A drain is an event to check, never an accusation.

  • Maintenance

Service plans by distance, engine hours or days, work orders and cost per km.

Guardrail: Due once per cycle, from recorded odometer and engine hours.

  • Driving behaviour

Harsh driving, speeding against the road's limit and idling, scored per driver and vehicle.

Guardrail: Forces per vehicle class; no score from too little driving.

  • Comparisons

Two periods side by side: trips, distance, driving time, idling, top speed and alerts by kind, with the change.

Guardrail: Shown, not judged: the numbers come from your records.

Read-only tools fetch vehicles, trips, alerts, device health and reports

  3. 03

    Grounding

The answer uses what the lookups returned, with units and dates

  4. 04

    Sources

Each lookup under the answer opens the data behind it

  5. 05

    Read-only

It cannot change settings, send commands or contact anyone

  6. 06

    Price

Every answer carries its price; SyncVelo HQ chooses the AI provider

Principles

Responsible AI, engineered in

  • Deterministic first

Vehicle state, events and scores come from rules and calculations; the AI only reads and explains.

  • Grounded answers

Every answer is built from lookups in your own records, with units and dates.

  • Reads only

Copilot cannot change settings, send device commands, acknowledge alerts or contact anyone.

  • Answers you can reopen

Conversations keep what each lookup returned, so a reopened answer shows the same data.

  • Tenant-private

Lookups run as the person asking, inside their organization and groups; nothing crosses organizations.

  • Cost-aware

A price for every answer, cached instructions, and SyncVelo HQ choosing the provider.

Frequently asked questions

Does SyncVelo use my data to train public models?

No. Your data is read only to answer your own organization's questions, and only what each answer needs.

Can the AI immobilise a vehicle or send device commands?

No. Copilot only reads. Device commands are sent by people, need a second person's approval, and immobilisation needs the vehicle stopped.

Which AI models do you use?

SyncVelo HQ connects the AI providers, chooses the primary one and the order the others take over in. Whichever answers, Copilot uses the same instructions and the same read-only lookups, and each answer shows its price.
