Terms of service
最后更新: 2 November 2026
本文件以英文提供。如各语言版本之间存在冲突,以英文版本为准。
These terms govern your use of the syncvelo.com website and SyncVelo subscriptions bought online, through the sign-up at app.syncvelo.com. If you have signed a separate customer or partner agreement with SyncVelo, that agreement governs your use of the SyncVelo platform and services, and prevails over these terms. Your contract is with Zennit Technologies Pvt Ltd if you are in India, and with iQmindset Corporation if you are anywhere else (“SyncVelo”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean that company).
1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to evaluate SyncVelo's products and services. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan for vulnerabilities without permission, or gain unauthorised access to the website or any connected system.
2. Content and intellectual property
The website, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and software, is owned by SyncVelo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by law.
Third-party names and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility reference only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.
3. Product information
We describe our products and roadmap in good faith. Features, availability, timelines and specifications may change and may differ by plan, region and device. Dashboards and figures shown in illustrations use sample data. Binding commitments are made only in a signed agreement or, for subscriptions bought online, in these terms and the plan as shown at checkout.
4. Subscriptions bought online
You can subscribe to SyncVelo's self-serve plans online. Each plan's price per device, billing period (monthly or yearly), free trial and what it includes are shown on the Pricing page and at sign-up. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Your use of the SyncVelo platform must follow our Acceptable use policy.
5. Payments and payment partners
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners, such as Razorpay, Cashfree and Stripe. The partner that handles your payment depends on your country and is named at sign-up, before you enter any payment details. You enter your card or UPI details on the payment partner's own secure page, and its terms also apply to your payment.
SyncVelo never receives or stores your full card number, card security code (CVV) or UPI PIN. Card data is handled by our payment partners under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We keep only what the partner reports back to us, such as the card's brand, last four digits and expiry date, to show you which card is on file.
6. Billing, renewal and autopay
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period, monthly or yearly as chosen at sign-up, starting when the free trial ends. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise SyncVelo and its payment partner to charge your card, or to collect payment through a card or UPI Autopay mandate, for each renewal and for any changes you make, at the price shown in the console's Billing page. In India, your bank or UPI app may ask you to approve the mandate and may notify you before each charge.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of the SyncVelo console. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. Our Refund and cancellation policy explains cancellations, refunds and plan changes.
If a payment fails, we tell you by email. If it is still unpaid after a grace period (normally seven days), the console is paused, except for its Billing page, until the payment is made. Your data is not deleted while a payment is overdue.
7. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are per device, per month or per year. They are charged in Indian rupees (INR) in India, and in US dollars (USD) or another currency elsewhere, as shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
Taxes, such as GST in India, apply where the law requires. Where tax is charged, it is shown at checkout and on your invoice. Invoices are available on the Billing page of the console.
We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and an existing subscription keeps its price until you change its plan or number of devices, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
8. Refunds and delivery
Free trials, cancellations, refunds and plan changes are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
SyncVelo is delivered online and nothing is shipped; see our Shipping and delivery policy.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SyncVelo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
10. Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Governing law
If you are in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and your contract is with Zennit Technologies Pvt Ltd.
If you are anywhere else, these terms are governed by the laws of the place where iQmindset Corporation is incorporated, and your contract is with iQmindset Corporation.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the latest version on this page. A change does not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
